Hubby said my Banana bread is getting better and better:) That gives me more incentive to bake more. I added flaxseed on top of the loaf and it turned out just fine. My housemate from South Africa promised to bake for us using his very own recipe, and I just can't wait!
Oh ya! He also promised to make 'pineapple jam' next week, so we'll see!
