Maya Chicken Lasagne

We had Chicken Lasagne for dinner last Sunday.  And it was cooked by our 'in-house' chef, Paul H:)

It was superlicious!!! (my daughter's comment)  

Hubby was really impressed!

For me, I love it.  The pasta sheets were perfectly cooked, not too chewy and the chicken bolognaise sauce was nicely soaked up by the pasta...finally, the golden brown tasty cheese on top...mmmm yummy!! 

 

The only regret was - we forgot to take a picture!!
